California After School Demonstration Program (CASDP)
CalSERVES is a designated California After School Demonstration Program. The CASDP is a component of the statewide technical assistance system for After School Education and Safety (ASES) and 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) programs. The purpose of this program is to model and promote high quality after school practices, and provide statewide support to other after school programs in the state.
CASDP Services Provided by CalSERVES include:
- Presentations at regional, state and national conferences
- Site visits
- Technical assistance and coaching
- Referrals to eight other CASDP providers around the state
- Resource development

CalSERVES 2010-2011 Site VIsits
CalSERVES will be hosting Site Visits on focusing on various topics this year. Each Site visit will include:
- Healthy Snack
- Program Tour
- 60-Minute Topic Seminar on a Core Quality and Practices in After School
- Follow-up option for on-going technical assistance.
