The Harvest of the Month tool kit engages students in daily physical activity and reinforces the importance of fresh fruits and vegetables. The objective of the Harvest of the Month tool kit is for students to increase their access to fruits and vegetables. The CalSERVES program engages in Harvest of the Month activities that include taste testing, cooking in class, school garden activities, and daily physical activity demonstrations.
